Karen A. Chaffin
Karen A. Chaffin joined the Knox Ricksen LLP team in 2009 and was promoted to Office Manager in 2011.
With over 24 years of law firm experience both as a senior paralegal and with general office administration and management, Ms. Chaffin is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compliance with firm policies and procedures, and benefits administration. She is also responsible for the management and supervision of all business operations, budgeting and expenses, facilities, procurement, office services and marketing.
Ms. Chaffin is dedicated to maintaining an excellent working environment and providing the highest level of client service.
