Maria L. Calpe
Maria L. Calpe joined Knox Ricksen LLP as a senior paralegal in 2009 with 10 years of civil litigation experience. Ms. Calpe provides paralegal support for the civil litigation insurance coverage / fraud groups, prepares expert deposition subpoenas, assists with document productions, and handles a broad-spectrum of case management responsibilities.
Throughout her career, Ms. Calpe has had the opportunity to work in various and diverse areas of law such as antitrust, bankruptcy, trademark infringement, breach of contract, cyber-squatting, domain name disputes, environmental law, rental car insurance, dissolution of marriage and wrongful death.
Additionally, Ms. Calpe’s litigation knowledge and skill-set includes pre-trial and trial experience, arbitration, mediation, depositions, Law & Motion, legal research, e-discovery, as well as electronic case management.
