Renee C. Beverly
Renee C. Beverly joined the Knox Ricksen LLP team in 2008 as a Senior Paralegal. Ms. Beverly brings to our firm over 11 years of litigation and Paralegal experience. Ms. Beverly is well versed in litigation support, all phases of discovery and document management / control, as well as overall case management.
Ms. Beverly has substantial pre-trial and trial experience, including extensive large and / or complex case trial management and assistance. She has been involved in all phases of trial, arbitration, mediation, pre-trial preparation, locating and working with expert witnesses, legal and factual research, preparation of graphics and charts, and gathering, analyzing, compiling and organizing data and evidence from various sources.
During her career, Ms. Beverly has also provided support on cases representing plaintiff corporations in complex multi-million dollar commercial matters involving industrial fraud and misrepresentation.
Ms. Beverly has participated in multiple trials and court hearings in Federal and State courts, ranging from evidentiary hearings to trials lasting as long as five weeks in length.
