Kitty J. Lin
Kitty J. Lin joined Knox Ricksen LLP as an associate in 2009. She is a member of the Bankruptcy practice group.
Prior to joining Knox Ricksen, Ms. Lin practiced bankruptcy law in San Francisco. She assisted individuals file for bankruptcy relief to save their assets during hard economic times.
While in law school, Ms. Lin served as a law clerk in a personal injury firm in Beverly Hills. She also practiced in an externship program for both the US Attorney's Office in the Tax Division and for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge Barry Russell. Ms. Lin has gained tremendous legal knowledge in the private and public sectors, as well as civil and criminal litigations.
