Richard G. Logan, Jr. has over 25 years of business litigation experience including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. He has handled a wide variety of real estate matters including residential non-disclosure cases, owner/contractor disputes, quiet title actions, actions to establish and defend against easements, boundary disputes, partition actions, foreclosure of mechanics’ liens, actions to cancel instruments, actions to set aside foreclosure sales, landlord tenant disputes, evictions, and commercial and residential lease claims.
Mr. Logan has represented both employees and employers in employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, and responded on behalf of employers to DFEH and EEOC Charges of Discrimination and he provides employment counseling. Mr. Logan has represented individuals as well as business entities in a wide range of business tort cases, partnership contests, disputes between banking institutions an their depositors, enforcement of judgment proceedings, and other disputes of a commercial or corporate nature.
