William C. Robbins III
William C. Robbins III’s practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate and trust law. His real estate practice is concentrated on sales and acquisitions, complex development projects and the securing of their entitlements. The work has been concentrated in Solano County and its surrounding counties.He has worked closely with the staffs of, and appeared before, the planning commissions, board of supervisors and/or city councils of Solano County and each of its cities, Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville and Vallejo.He has worked with the Solano Irrigation District, the Solano County Local Agency Formation Commission and the State Department of Conservation, Division of Mines and Geology in the application of the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act. He works with local and regional engineering firms and consultants and larger legal firms on land use projects.He deals with the formation and early cancellation of California Land Conservation Contracts (Williamson Act), and the negotiation of oil and gas leases and agricultural leases.
His estate planning practice involves the formation and administration of revocable trust agreements, wills and probate.
