Kenneth J. McCarthy
Kenneth J. McCarthy’s extensive practice focuses on toxic tort litigation, product liability and construction defect matters. Mr. McCarthy is a veteran of over 200 trials involving complex, high-exposure, toxic tort claims. In addition, he has been responsible for the defense of various professionals including attorneys, doctors, and real estate agents and brokers on malpractice and other matters.
