Rebecca E. Moore
Rebecca E. Moore’s practice spans the landlord/tenant, construction defect, tort litigation, business transaction and litigation practice groups of Knox Ricksen LLP. During her tenure with Knox Ricksen LLP Ms. Moore has developed expertise in handling complex litigation matters, including representation of; property owners and managers in multi-party landlord tenant cases, with an emphasis in habitability claims, in and about San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, concrete and road construction entities in relation to construction defect, premise liability and personal injury claims, as well as both employees and business entities in complex business disputes. As with all members of Knox Ricksen LLP, Ms. Moore is devoted to providing her clients with excellent individual service and winning results.
