Ken McCarthy, Greg Pike and Tom Fraysse lead teams of attorneys to share their expertise obtained over hundreds of trials. Together the teams are actively involved in industry seminars and are often speakers at such seminars providing information regarding trends, changes in the law, and case handling. Tom Fraysse presented a paper entitled, “Overview of Silica Litigation” as part of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada’s one-day Toxic Tort Committee seminar entitled, California Silica Litigation 2006: For The Defense, on February 3, 2006.
