Jeff Rocha joined Knox Ricksen as an associate in 2015. His practice focuses on representing individuals and large insurance companies in health care fraud litigation.
Prior to joining Knox Ricksen, Mr. Rocha worked as a law clerk for a labor and employment litigation firm in San Francisco. While in law school, Mr. Rocha served as a judicial extern for two judges in the San Francisco Superior Court, and a federal magistrate in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. In his capacity as a judicial extern for a federal magistrate, Mr. Rocha drafted several orders which became published law, and assisted the judge during a one week jury trial. Prior to law school, Mr. Rocha worked for three years in the finance industry as a stockbroker.
Mr. Rocha graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014 where he earned a Commercial and Corporate Law Certificate with honors and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts.
