Liu has over two decades of litigation experience, having litigated and tried numerous matters involving construction defects, products liability, and personal injury. Since 2020, she has worked in-house for insurance carriers, evaluating, preparing for, and leading personal injury trials across Northern California. Liu earned her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law (1998) and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles (1995).
