Ariel Vento’s litigation experience affords her a variety of perspectives on insurance and healthcare-fraud matters. Her practice includes the litigation and investigation of whistleblower actions on behalf of insurance carriers and the litigation and investigation of elaborate fraud schemes. Prior to joining Knox Ricksen, Ariel served as a senior litigation associate responsible for managing a high-volume disability rights caseload as lead trial counsel and represented clients in civil litigation while at a class action employment law firm. In addition to court appearances in Federal and State courts, she has also assisted clients with mediations and settlement negotiations.

Prior to entering private practice, Ariel was a deputy Los Angeles County public defender, where she handled multiple jury trials and managed more than 100 pretrial cases simultaneously. Her experience also includes tenures with Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers and the Contra Costa County Public Defender’s office.
