Christopher Carling

Chris Carling’s practice focuses on insurance fraud litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare fraud. He represents insurance companies and other large payors in affirmative civil actions brought to recoup losses sustained as the result of false, fraudulent, or misleading claims presented for payment under policies of insurance or other benefit contracts.

Chris has more than a decade of litigation experience, performing all aspects of litigation discovery and guiding matters from client intake to settlement or trial. He has handled numerous matters involving insurance bad faith, construction defect, and family law.

While attending law school, Chris served as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice.
