Khalilah Walters, an experienced litigator and transactional attorney, represents whistleblowers in civil actions involving alleged false, fraudulent, or misleading health care benefit claims.
Khalilah previously served as in-house counsel for a California-based entertainment company and at an AmLaw 100 firm representing large institutional clients in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. More recently, she has concentrated on complex litigation in state and federal courts in several states and representing a variety of private, public, and nonprofit clients in matters ranging from corporate compliance to civil rights. She is skilled in all aspects of trial and post-trial practice.
As a law student, Khalilah interned in the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange (FINRA), where she helped investigate securities enforcement actions.
Khalilah is fluent in German and conversational in Spanish.
