Michael Guan works with the Knox Ricksen team to represent our clients in qui tam actions for insurance fraud and unfair business practices against healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators.
Prior to joining Knox Ricksen, Michael worked as an associate at an insurance defense law firm, litigating a wide range of general liability issues, encompassing construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, business torts, and tenant law cases. Michael is experienced in managing all stages of litigation, including pleadings, dispositive motions, written discovery and discovery motions, mediation and settlement negotiation, and pre-trial preparation and strategy.
Michael is fluent in Mandarin.
