Robert G. Allen

Robert Allen has more than 40 years of extensive legal representation in a wide range of business, real estate and estate planning matters. He has handled numerous complex and high-value transactions involving critical legal and financial implications for individuals, corporations and other business entities.

Robert’s business and corporate practice includes the formation of LLCs, corporations, partnerships and other entities, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, employment agreements and practices, management of ongoing business legal issues, sales of stock and assets of companies, and dissolutions and liquidations. He also serves as general counsel to various companies, personally handling or overseeing all of their legal matters. His corporate clients include manufacturing companies, wholesale distributors, newspaper publishers, medical and physical therapy practices, insurance brokerage companies, retail stores and financial service companies.

Robert’s real estate services include purchases and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, leasing of commercial and retail properties, secured lending and financing transactions. He also works extensively with families in the planning and transfer of real estate and other assets for estate tax reduction purposes.

Throughout his career, Robert has provided in-depth analysis and advice to individuals and families in estate planning, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family gifting and transfers for tax purposes, including family limited partnerships, holding companies and LLCs and other wealth transfer techniques. He works extensively with clients referred to him by CPAs, financial advisors, chief financial officers, other attorneys, and satisfied clients.
