As a member of Knox Ricksen’s litigation team, Katryna Watkins represents clients in civil actions relating to insurance fraud and unfair business practices against healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators.
With more than eight years of experience, Katryna has represented businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters involving commercial businesses, employment, construction, real estate, oil and gas, and personal injury-related disputes in both state and federal courts. She is also experienced in insurance policy review and coverage assessments, particularly in the context of E&O policies. Additionally, she has handled a range of settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.
