Bryan Corbaz’s practice focuses on insurance fraud litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare fraud. He is part of the Knox Ricksen team representing insurance companies and other large payors in affirmative civil actions brought to recoup losses sustained as the result of false, fraudulent, or misleading claims presented for payment under policies of insurance or other benefit contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryan managed a diverse caseload of insurance defense litigation and appellate matters, including construction liability, product liability, construction defect, and complex property claims. He has drafted and responded to discovery requests, defended depositions and engaged in extensive motion practice across various jurisdictions.
While attending law school, Bryan was a student advocate for Veterans Legal Services in Boston, where he assisted Massachusetts-based military veterans in overcoming adversity by providing free civil legal assistance.
A native English and French speaker, Bryan is also proficient in German and Italian and speaks conversational Spanish.
