Knox Ricksen is, once again, a proud sponsor of the 31st Annual Anti-Fraud Conference, which will be held April 8-10, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency, Monterey, California.
The 31st installment of the Annual Anti-Fraud Conference is presented by the Anti-Fraud Alliance (AFA), the California Department of Insurance (CDI), the California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). Now into its fourth decade, the Conference has grown from a small regional conference into what we believe to be one of the best anti-fraud conferences in the country due to the quality of its classes, speakers and instructors.
Attorneys from Knox Ricksen have frequently lectured at the Conference on various fraud-related topics. This year, Tom Fraysse, a Director and Past President of the AFA, will be presenting on ethics for fraud investigators with Vic Pence of Mercury Insurance and Eric von Geldern, Assistant District Attorney, Alameda County, and telemedicine fraud with Michael Stahl.
