Courtland Chillingworth’s practice focuses on insurance fraud litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare fraud. As a part of the Knox Ricksen team, Court represents insurance companies and other large payors in affirmative civil actions brought to recoup losses sustained as the result of false, fraudulent, or misleading claims presented for payment under policies of insurance or other benefit contracts.
Court has over 15 years of experience representing clients in commercial and personal injury litigation matters, as well as defending clients in class action certifications in consumer fraud and product liability cases.
