Erin K. Holmes

Erin Holmes represents clients in civil litigation related to alleged false, fraudulent, or misleading health care benefit claims.

Erin brings significant experience representing clients in insurance litigation matters, including fraud, negligence, breach of contract, and bad faith. In her previous roles, she worked at litigation firms in Austin focusing on insurance defense and spent more than a decade handling contested hearings before the Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation and State Office of Administrative Hearings and litigating workers’ compensation cases in district courts throughout the state.
