Katie Frank works with the Knox Ricksen team to represent our clients in civil actions relating to insurance fraud and unfair business practices against healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators.
Before joining the firm, Katie obtained nearly five years of litigation experience, having tried numerous matters involving Title VII, Title IX, defamation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Her experience includes managing a heavy caseload in both state and federal courts, and she has handled all stages of litigation, drafting and arguing motions and developing litigation strategies.
