Mark Heisey

Mark Heisey works with the Knox Ricksen team to represent clients in qui tam actions for insurance fraud and unfair business practices against healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators.

With nearly a decade of experience, Mark has managed cases in a variety of industries counseling clients in pre-litigation matters and representing them through all stages of litigation, including responding to discovery, analyzing liability and damages, negotiating settlement of claims, and trial advocacy. His prior matters have included personal injury defense, intentional torts, indemnity, professional negligence, malpractice, and contract litigation.
