Oluoma Kas-Osoka focuses on insurance fraud litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare fraud. She represents insurance companies and other large payors in affirmative civil actions brought to recoup losses sustained as the result of false, fraudulent or misleading claims presented for payment under policies of insurance or other benefit contracts.
With 10 years of experience representing a variety of clients in complex litigation matters, Oluoma’s prior experience includes defending a pharmaceutical company in product liability litigation in several jurisdictions. She has also represented clients in technology-related class actions, antitrust matters and environmental disputes.
