Ryan McDaniel is an experienced litigator who represents clients in matters involving alleged false, fraudulent, or misleading health care benefit claims. He has developed and implemented successful trial strategies in both federal and state courts in matters involving deceptive business practices, products liability, construction defect, and premises liability.
Ryan is well-versed in healthcare matters and his experience before joining Knox Ricksen includes helping medical practitioners navigate hospital bylaws and medical malpractice claims, credentialing matters, and representing providers before the Texas Medical Board and Texas Dental Board.
