Tracy is a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Knox Ricksen, she had a broad-based practice that included handling commercial contract disputes, business torts, healthcare litigation, and consumer class action defense. She has litigated cases involving retail and other commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, unfair business practices, antitrust laws, corporate tax issues, commercial construction, intellectual property, and insurance coverage. She regularly handles all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation investigation and counseling to trial work and appellate practice. Her particular strengths include researching and developing legal theories and brief and motion writing. Tracy has also provided pro bono services in the areas of immigration and education law.
