Knox Ricksen LLP, a civil litigation firm specializing in complex healthcare fraud cases, has added Mark Heisey as a senior associate in its Walnut Creek office. He joins the firm from Gordon Rees’ San Francisco office.

With nearly a decade of experience, Heisey has managed cases in a variety of industries through all stages of litigation, including responding to discovery, analyzing liability and damages, negotiating settlement of claims, and trial advocacy.
Fluent in Spanish, Heisey is a former adjunct professor at Golden Gate University Law, where he earned his J.D. (2014) and was Executive Articles Editor for the Golden Gate University Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Davis (2007).
