Knox Ricksen LLP, a civil litigation firm specializing in complex health care fraud cases, has added Katherine “Katie” Frank as an associate in its Dallas office.
“Across the country, our clients face an onslaught of fraud schemes, especially with the pandemic’s changes to healthcare delivery and the increased use of telehealth. To that end, we are always seeking talented litigators like Katie who have the skill and passion to fight on behalf of our clients. We are thrilled to welcome Katie to the team, and we are confident she will be a terrific asset to our clients,” said Partner Taylor Steele, who leads the firm’s Dallas office.
Frank has nearly five years of litigation experience, having tried numerous matters involving Title VII, Title IX, defamation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. She routinely manages a heavy caseload in both state and federal courts, and she is responsible for all stages of litigation, drafting and arguing motions and developing litigation strategies. She earned her J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law (2017) and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Texas (2011).
