Knox Ricksen LLP, a civil litigation firm representing clients in complex healthcare fraud cases, announces that Maisie C. Sokolove will become its managing partner on Jan. 1, 2024. She assumes the role from long-time managing partner Thomas E. Fraysse.
“Tom and others have developed our firm into a fraud-fighting litigation powerhouse, all while mentoring our next-generation talent. Tom will continue to support the firm, and I look forward to building on his four decades of success,” said Sokolove.
“Maisie is a top-notch lawyer whose analytic prowess shines in the preparation we do for these highly technical healthcare fraud cases,” noted Fraysse. “Her business acumen and tenure make her the perfect candidate to lead our team – both here in California and in our Texas office – into the future.”
