Roberts has a decade of experience handling complex commercial and business disputes, representing corporations, individuals and fiduciaries. He has managed cases from inception through trial preparation and resolution, including in professional negligence, fiduciary duty, construction, bankruptcy-related and commercial disputes. Roberts also has substantial experience representing trustees in bankruptcy-related litigation.
Roberts has been named to Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch”® list in the Commercial Litigation – Northern California category from 2021-2026. He served on the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Bar Association’s Barristers Business, Commercial and Bankruptcy Section. Roberts earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2015, where he was a senior staff member of the school’s Law Review. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 2010.
