Knox Ricksen announces the elevation of Katherine Frank to Senior Associate.

“Katie has proven herself to be a difference maker for our clients and a key member of our litigation team. She has earned this elevation, and we are thrilled to see her upward trajectory continue,” said Maisie Sokolove, the firm’s managing partner.

Based in Texas, Frank represents clients in civil actions relating to insurance fraud and unfair business practices against healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators. Before joining the firm in 2022, she spent nearly five years trying numerous matters involving Title VII, Title IX, defamation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Frank’s experience includes managing a heavy caseload in both state and federal courts, and she has handled all stages of litigation, drafting and arguing motions and developing litigation strategies.

Frank earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law (2017) and her B.A. from the University of Texas (2011).
