Knox Ricksen LLP, a civil litigation firm specializing in complex healthcare fraud cases, has added Jeffrey V. Rocha as Counsel in its Northern California office. Rocha began his legal career as an associate with the firm.

Rocha has more than a decade of experience involving commercial and securities litigation matters, as well as complex, multimillion-dollar healthcare fraud qui tam actions. He has handled matters from initial pleadings through discovery and trial or settlement. Rocha also has experience advising businesses and their leaders on contract interpretation, fiduciary duties, governance disputes and statutory compliance. Before law school, he worked for a national brokerage firm as a series 7 and 63 licensed stockbroker.
Rocha was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list from 2018-2024. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014 and his B.S. from Fresno State University in 2007.
