Knox Ricksen Welcomes Two Lawyers in Southern California

Knox Ricksen LLP, a civil litigation firm specializing in complex healthcare fraud cases, has added Amanda V. Anderson and Alese Rajaniemi as Counsel in Southern California.

They are both exceptional lawyers, experienced in all stages of litigation across disciplines, which will help guide their practices at Knox Ricksen as we continue our fight against healthcare fraud,” stated managing partner Maisie Sokolove.

With nearly 10 years of experience, Anderson litigates commercial, business, and insurance matters, including false advertising, breach of contract, fraudulent business practices, subrogation, indemnification, and misappropriation of trade secrets. She has been selected for inclusion on the “Rising Stars” list by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2024. Anderson earned her J.D., magna cum laude, (2015) and her B.A., cum laude, (2012) from Chapman University. She served as the Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review.

Rajaniemi is an experienced litigator, representing companies and individuals in all kinds of cases, including casualty, education and employment law matters. She has worked closely with insurance carriers and other healthcare professionals to manage expectations and assess risk and exposure. Rajaniemi earned her J.D. from William S. Richardson School of Law (2015) and her B.A. from the University of Southern California (2011).
